Why am I here

You might be sent a link to this page or found it in random locations. This website features pages of different places which some might find useful or entertaining to read. The creation of this page started with the purpose of documenting lesser-known places for reference of others travelling on a similar route. It has since evolved to include a greater variety of content. With content from various countries, it is hoped that this could be a great way to experience different places on earth, and what the trails and vegetation look like. 

I live in Australia/Hong Kong/Europe for my whole life, why bother?

Many countries do in fact face very similar challenges, from urban development, building sustainable communities to conservation and preservation of a fragile ecosystem. Ageing population, living under freedom, access to employment or quality of life, are all issues many places on earth have, just on a different stage. Looking into another country does give you another view on issues your place face right now.
